Requirement: Golf carts/LSV must be registered each year, and the annual fee paid to the Blue Mountain Beach Master Association. The information and registration form is provided for your convenience.
Owners should note there are a limited number of spaces available. Requests are filled in the order received. Requests may be submitted on or after November 1.
Owners with a current space are assured a space provided the request is received by January 1 of each year.
Background: With the completion of the golf cart/LSV parking area (referred to in document as golf cart) in 2015, a golf cart registration program was initiated. This has been an effective process, however the explosive growth in rental golf carts at the Village has required changes in the program. Beginning in 2022, the golf cart parking area has been segmented into short term rental spaces and owner spaces. A form for short term rentals is on the website at (https://thevillageatbluemountainbeach.com/guest-golf-cart-parking).
Process: The form below is for the registration of owner golf carts and spaces will be assigned to the identified golf carts. These spaces are not available for rental carts belonging to short term renters. Please complete the bottom portion of the form with your name and cart information, and return to Nikki. She will assign a space number for your golf cart.
If no space is available, you will be contacted by the Association.
