Note, there are currently no long term golf cart parking spots available.

Requirement: 

• Golf carts/LSV belonging to Cottage owners may be parked on their property.  But theycan be parked in the Village Golf Cart parking lot behind the pool, space providing.
• Carts belonging to Condo owners must be parked in the Village cart lot, because of limited spaces (2 per unit) in vehicle parking lots adjacent to Condo units.
• All carts parked in the Village lot must be registered each year, with an annual fee paid to the Blue Mountain Beach Master Association.  See the information and registration form link below.
• Owners with a current space are assured a space provided the request is received by January 1 of each year.
• Short term renters who rent a cart must park in the Village lot for a week with a parking fee. See instructions at Visitors/Guest Golf Cart Parking, this website.

Owners should note there are a limited number of spaces available. Requests are filled in the order received. Requests can be submitted on or after November 1.

Process:  The form below is for the registration of Village lot owner golf carts. Complete the blank spaces of the form with the required information and return to Nikki.  She will complete the registration process and assign a space number for your golf cart.

If no space is available, you will be contacted by the Association.

When spaces become available, owners will be informed via e-mail.
