The Blue Mountain Beach Master Association (BMBM) is the governing body for the Village, and is referred to as the Master Association (MA). It is elected by the membership to serve one-year terms. Members of the Board may be elected for more than one (1) term.
In order to effectively manage the Village, the MA Board has appointed a number of committees to address specific areas. These are Fiduciary Team, Governance Team, Standards Team, Architectural Review Committee, Fines Committee, Groundskeeping Team and Communications Team. Each of these serves under a Master Association board member's oversight.
The MA is responsible for the Village property to include covenant enforcement, planning, irrigation and lawn care, maintenance and any other item affecting the Village.

MA meetings can be attended listen-only by any interested owner, either in person at the AMS office or by conference call. Dates and times are provided via email to members and a notice is posted on the community bulletin board at the pool.
