The Master Association has a Fines Committee whose role is to establish a schedule of fines, levy fines for noncompliance and provide constituent association owners an avenue to appeal fines. This Committee is established in accordance with Florida statute 720-305 (2) governing fines by Associations.
Owners will incur a fine of $50 to $100 for each infraction of the Village Covenants and Rules. In case of a continuing violation, each day is an accumulating incident, except that the fine may not exceed $1,000 in aggregate. The fine will accrue from the date of the infraction. A fine that reaches $1,000 may be grounds for a lien on the property.
