A brief history of the village at blue mountain beach

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach was platted in 2004, and the first lot and condominium sales were early 2005. It was envisioned to be the hub for Blue Mountain Beach. Sales were booming, but as the Village was beginning to grow, the Real Estate adjustment of 2005/6 occurred. This stopped our growth, and the development was stagnant until 2011 when the developer turned the property over to the owners. The Master Association was revitalized, and plans were developed for the refurbishment of the property and establishment of strong and effective Condominium and Master Associations.

The Village at Blue Mountain Beach (The Village) is a lively property on highway 30a. Since the Master Association took over, we have added a pool, fitness center, shuffleboard courts, putting green and a Bocce Ball court. Additionally, we have built a limited golf cart parking area with charging stations and installed a new security gate. With a short walk to the beach and convenient access to local restaurants, The Village offers our guests and future owners one of the  best values on 30a.
