The Blue Mountain Beach Master Association (BMBM) is the governing body for the Village, and is referred to as the Master Association (MA). It is elected by the membership to serve three-year terms. Members of the Board may be elected for more than one (1) term.
In order to effectively manage the Village, the MA Board has appointed a number of committees to address specific areas. These committees are the Architectural Review Committee, Fines Committee and Cottages Committee. There membership and roles are
detailed under their respective tabs.
The MA is responsible for the Village property to include covenant enforcement, planning,
irrigation and lawn care, maintenance and any other item affecting the Village.

There is an owner social after the annual meeting at the pool beginning at 5:30 PM CENTRAL
